Withdrawal instructions

These withdrawal instructions apply to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) who conclude a contract for services with Plößl & Ehrl Vertriebs UG (haftungsbeschränkt), a German company with limited liability, brand Pemediacorp, exclusively by means of distance communication (such as email or telephone) or off premises. They correspond to the statutory model (Annex 1 to Article 246a § 1 (2) sentence 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code, EGBGB). Entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB have no right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Plößl & Ehrl Vertriebs UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Boschstr. 4, 82178 Puchheim, Germany, telephone: +49 155 10429643, email: kontakt@pemediacorp.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Note on the early expiry of the right of withdrawal

In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires early if we have performed the service in full and only began performance after you gave your express consent to this and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by us (§ 356 (4) BGB). We begin performance before the withdrawal period has expired only if you expressly request this. We obtain the consent and the confirmation separately in text form; they are not part of these instructions.

For membership in the P&E Community (digital service, activation immediately after payment), we obtain the consent to early commencement and the confirmation of the loss of the right of withdrawal before activation (§ 356 (4) and (5) BGB). Details are set out in the refund policy.
