What is a virtual 360° tour?

A walk-through recording of your rooms that runs in the browser. Visitors look around freely, move between rooms with a click and open info points with pictures, video, menu or contact details. Other names for it are 3D tour, virtual viewing or virtual tour.

What does a 360° tour cost?

Four tiers: Standard from €690, Business HDR from €1,090, Premium from €1,390, Signature HDR from €1,890, each plus 19 % VAT (€821.10, €1,297.10, €1,654.10 and €2,249.10 incl. VAT) for a capture of up to 100 square metres. The final price depends on floor area and number of rooms and is fixed in the quote before you commit.

How does the capture work, and how long does it take?

We bring the equipment to you, usually one day on site, in a quiet period for your business. You make sure the rooms are tidy and well lit and that someone is available for questions. How long post-production takes, we tell you concretely at the appointment.

Does the tour work on a phone?

Yes. It runs in the browser on phone, tablet and computer, without an app or download. On a phone you steer it with your finger and can view it full screen.

Can I add the tour to Google?

Yes, on request we publish it in your Google profile, so customers see the inside of your business in Google search and on Google Maps. That is your own unpaid profile.

How does the tour get onto my website?

We embed it directly, whatever system your website is built on. You also get a link to share, for social media or a property listing for example.

What do I need to prepare?

Nothing technical, we bring that. Tidy the rooms, lights on, windows cleaned if possible, and a contact on site. Anything that should stay out of the picture, you tell us beforehand.

Are there running costs?

Hosting the tour costs from €25.99 plus VAT per month (€30.93 incl. VAT). Term and notice period are stated in the quote; you see that before you commit.

We come by and record your rooms with 360° equipment, depending on the tier with the DJI Osmo 360 or the Sony Alpha 7 IV. Usually one day on site, in a quiet period. You only need to make sure the rooms are tidy and well lit.

We link the rooms into a smooth tour and set info points for pictures, video, menu or contact. How long the post-production takes, we tell you concretely at the appointment.

We put the finished tour on your website, whatever system it is built on, and into your Google profile on request.
