These terms of use apply to the use of the website www.pemediacorp.com (hereinafter the "Website"). The Website is operated by

The terms of use describe what you can expect on the Website, how you may use its content and which rules apply to its use. Contracts for our services are not concluded via the Website; they are governed by our General Terms and Conditions.

2. Services and content of the Website

  • The Website provides information about our services: web design with a website configurator, 360° tours, photo and video production, social media and the P&E Community.
  • The website configurator calculates a non-binding price indication and, on request, sends an enquiry to us. It does not make an offer in the legal sense and does not conclude a contract.
  • The prices stated on the Website for web design, hosting and 360° tours are addressed to entrepreneurs; they are stated net with the gross amount alongside. Private individuals receive prices exclusively as a total price including VAT in the individual quote.
  • We may change or remove content and offers on the Website at any time.

3. Copyright and protective rights

  • All content of the Website (texts, photos, videos, 360° tours, graphics, logos, design, source code) is protected by copyright or by other protective rights. The rights holders are we or the third parties named in each case.
  • Reproduction, editing, distribution or public communication outside the limits of copyright requires our prior consent in text form. Viewing the Website and saving individual pages for private, non-commercial use is permitted.
  • Third-party fonts, libraries and map data used are subject to the licences named on the page Licences and open source notices (www.pemediacorp.com/en/lizenzen).
  • We use third-party trademarks and logos (such as Google, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Discord) only to identify the respective services. Their mention does not imply any partnership with or endorsement by these companies.

4. Rules of use

Use of the Website is permitted for lawful purposes only. In particular, the following is prohibited:

  • circumventing or impairing the security mechanisms of the Website
  • using automated systems (such as bots or scrapers) that retrieve content in bulk or submit forms automatically
  • using forms with false details, other people's data or in abusive frequency
  • using content of the Website commercially without our consent

In the event of violations, we may technically restrict access and consider further legal steps.

5. Availability

We endeavour to provide the Website without interruption. There is no entitlement to permanent availability. Maintenance work, technical problems or disruptions at upstream providers may lead to restrictions.

6. Content, liability and links

  • The content of the Website has been compiled with care. We accept no responsibility for its timeliness, accuracy or completeness; only the information in the individual quote is binding.
  • Our liability for damage arising from the use of the Website is governed by the statutory provisions. Liability for intent, gross negligence and for damages arising from injury to life, body or health remains unlimited.
  • The operators of linked pages are solely responsible for their content. If we become aware of infringements, we will remove such links without delay.

7. Conclusion of contracts

  • No contract for our services is concluded via the Website. We prepare quotes individually after consultation; a contract only comes into existence with our order confirmation in text form. Our General Terms and Conditions apply.

8. Notes on customer reviews

  • The reviews shown on the Website come from our Google Business Profile and are published there by Google. We display them unchanged with name, profile picture, star rating, text and date and link the authors to their Google profile.
  • Google does not verify whether the authors actually used our services.
  • We compare every new review with our orders and report reviews without a recognisable customer relationship to Google. We do not carry out any further verification of authenticity.
  • Reviews are neither written nor paid for by us. We make no selection by star rating; which reviews are made available through the Google interface is determined by Google. At the request of an author, we hide that author's review (details in the privacy policy).

9. Data protection

Which personal data we process and which rights you have is described in our privacy policy at www.pemediacorp.com/en/datenschutzerklärung.

10. Changes to these terms of use

We may change these terms of use with effect for the future. The version published on the Website at the time of use applies.

11. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Towards consumers, this applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the state of their habitual residence.
