Accessibility statement

We, Plößl & Ehrl Vertriebs UG (haftungsbeschränkt), a German company with limited liability, brand Pemediacorp, are committed to making the website https://www.pemediacorp.com/ accessible. Our aim is to make the content usable for as many people as possible, regardless of individual impairments or of the technology they use.

Voluntary statement

We make this statement voluntarily. As a micro-enterprise, we are not subject to the German Accessibility Improvement Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG) for our services (§ 3 (3) BFSG). We nevertheless follow its requirements, because accessibility is part of the quality of our work.

Standard and level of compliance

The standard applied is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA and the European standard EN 301 549. The website is partially compliant with these requirements; the areas listed under "Content that is not accessible" do not yet meet them in full.

Measures implemented

  • keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to content" link at the top of the page
  • WCAG AA contrast for text, buttons and form fields
  • structured headings and a comprehensible page structure
  • alternative text for images that convey information; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technologies
  • forms with labels, understandable error messages and focus on the first field with an error
  • reduced motion: animations are switched off when the operating system reports the "reduce motion" setting
  • adaptation to different screen sizes and zoom levels

Content that is not accessible

  • Embedded 360° tours: the tours are displayed in an embedded frame (iframe) by a viewer whose controls we do not design ourselves. Keyboard operation, focus order and labels within the tours do not consistently meet WCAG 2.2 AA. The essential information about the rooms shown is available as text on the respective page.
  • Three-dimensional display on the home page: the animated scene is purely decorative. With the "reduce motion" setting enabled and on devices without 3D support, a still image is shown instead; no information depends on the animation.
  • Videos: embedded videos from our own production currently have no subtitles and no audio description; they serve as illustration.
  • Documents: quotes and invoices as PDF files are not consistently prepared in an accessible form. On request we provide them in an accessible format.

We are working to resolve these points step by step.
